The Hollow Horseman is a separate Marketplace bundle. It is not a reward for completing one of the floor puzzles. Roblox announcement
Why Squid and Tentacles have different names
The shop calls its purple squid offer Trick or Treat Tentacles, while the award badge is named Trick or Treat Squid. It is a 60-ticket Roblox Plus purchase. Select the matching squid-in-a-witch-hat card rather than looking for a separate free quest. Recorded purchase route
If you finished a quest but cannot find the item
- Check the correct track. Festering Felix and Biter Fedora come from different activities.
- For a floor reward, finish the return journey with the relic.
- For a partner reward, revisit its display in The Hollow, including the hidden floor room when listed.
- Check your avatar inventory as well as your badge list. A badge records an achievement; it is not itself the wearable asset.
- Check the live item requirement and the reward deadline before repeating the whole quest.
The official hub badge list identifies the event's badge names. Badge existence does not guarantee that a particular avatar item is currently claimable.
