Finish the claim before switching quests
A floor puzzle can require you to escape with its relic. A partner quest can require a second interaction after you return to The Hollow. Check the claim location in the reward list before starting another task, then look for the item in your avatar inventory.
For Floor 3, Festering Felix and Biter Fedora are separate rewards: the first comes from the theater puzzle; the second comes from the Demonology quest. Floor 7 has the same distinction between Candy Corn Rune Antlers and Mushroom Infestation.
Reward deadline
The live finale is scheduled for the morning of October 31, 2026. Reward collection continues until November 2 at noon PST, which is 20:00 UTC. See the local-time table before leaving your remaining claims until the last day. Roblox announcement
